There is indeed a lot of info on this site, and many tools to help on our healthy changes mission. Take your time looking thru the site and learning, adding one or 2 small change at a time as your body adjusts. The fitness page has many exercises we can do, mixed in with a lot not so helpful for those with RAD (at least not when starting out). Check out the exercise website of Spark's CHAIREXERCISE team also, for those days when fatigue or flares make any movement seem a monumental task. They have hundreds of videos you can do seated in a sturdy chair! Just click on the team logo on their homepage to access it. I have dropped over 100 lbs, still have at least 50 to go, but even better than the weight loss is the increase in energy and overall health because I finally found ways to exercise here, multiple ways so I don't overtax any joints.

So glad I found this group here on Spark! And so glad that it's called RAD, not just RA, whoohoo1 I just joined here today and am getting everything set up. Wow am I glad I found this team!
I've got about 85 lbs to lose, I've got RAD, and I really really want to be feeling great by my 48th birthday. I came here for support, for tracking, and for information. And boy is there information here!
