Kris! That is quite the achievement!! Tiny, what a fabulous treat to fly with Santana!! My Mom and I went to Sturgis for their 50th rally. It was awesome to see -as soon as we were withing two states of it, there was just mile after mile of bikes to be seen, quite a few being hauled by trailers, but just an amazing sight!!! Won't ever forget it! My farthest vacation was Hawaii, last Christmas for 10 days with my brother and his family. I am not a beach person, and I am allergic to the sun besides, so I hit the tropical hiking trails. Was absolutely gorgeous!! Just wish I had better shoes to deal with climbing on slippery rock! My dream vacation is to go to Australia with Mom, but need big bucks and time for that. I have lots of air miles earned thanks to my meds that would get us there by air, but to do it justice you need a month to see things and traveling around that vast continent is expensive!!

My most exotic trip was to South Korea and China, for an international taekwondo tournament in April 2005. Our group spent a week touring in and around Gyongjou (considered by some to be the birthplace of taekwondo), then competed in the tournament (I earned first place in all three categories).
We spent the next three days sightseeing in Beijing with a government tour guide (yes, I climbed the Great Wall), then one day shopping and relaxing in Seoul before coming home.
I would love to go to Great Britain someday, or just about anywhere in Western Europe, or St. Petersburg.

From Arkansas to San Juan, Puerto Rico - FOR THE WEEKEND! Flew to PR with the band, Santana! It was a jumbo jet - just us (my best friend and me) and them (Santana)!!!! What a riot! That was A WHILE AGO!!!
My Mum was born and raised in England and met this handsome American Army man and married him and spent the rest of her days raising a family in America. Anyways this opened the opportunity for me to go to England 2X. I love it there it was amazing. I also did a cruise to Mexico with all the women from my husbands side that was great fun too, I would love to go on one with my husband. Through my husbands work I have had the opportunity to see more of America than I could have otherwise. I have been to DC and seen so much there, Texas, Arizona, California many times including Disneyland, Pennsylvania, Montana, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, I live in Washington but am right on the border of Oregon. They may seem like small trips to some, but I found beauty everywhere I have gone and would love to just drive around in a motorhome and see more of America :)
my examples are all very old as I haven't gone anywhere or done anything most of my adult life. When I was 17 I went with my church youth choir to Northern California where we chartered a bus and toured down the coast of California and ended up in San Diego. We gave many concerts along the way and did sight seeing, including Disney. Then for the second week, we stayed at San Diego State University where we sang in an enormous amphitheater. It was an amazing--an exhausting--trip. Other than going to the Cape and Martha's Vineyard in the early days of my marriage, I haven't been anywhere. Snore.
Sturgis, South Dakota for 11 days in August 2005 for the Black Hills Bike Rally. Was a blast! I can home from that and broke my nexck the next month, so it was getting fired and laying in one position for 6 months that really messed me up.
But I have taken cruises to Mexico and the Bahamas. They were okay, but I was in such pain that I stayed drunk the entire time and slept a lot!
