The most exciting thing that happened to me, was in 1st grade. I was chosen to be the "star" of the 1st grade play. I wore a special hat which held a live bunny in it ! I had to spin all the way across the stage.
My husband loves to remember this, as it was the first time he ever saw me. He says he thought I was cute, and he's proud to have married "the bunny girl" ! ha
Most exciting (and terrifying) thing that happened to me in grade school was getting selected to join the Gifted Program, so I got to spend one day a week at another school and do cool stuff with other "gifted" kids that my other classmates didn't get to do. It was terrifying for me because when they came in to test me, they put me in the janitor's closet and made me wait until the woman came back, and I was freaking out because I had never been in that room and never left alone or so long and I thought I was in trouble.
Topic suggestion: If there was one person you would love to meet - dead or alive - who would it be and why?
or - What is the greatest gift you have ever been given - besides health, love and your family?

The most exciting thing for me as a grade school child was probably dance recitals or Disneyworld. :)
Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use. ~Earl Nightingale

Whooops. I thought I'd only missed by a couple of days...but it seems like I forgot to post last week too!!! I'm running threadbare of ideas. How about this for a poll: "If you had to write the weekly poll for one week, what would you ask of your fellow team members?"
Come on guys...! come up with some good ones, and I'll use them in upcoming weeks.
