_Linda - what a great way to make those air miles! I pay for everything with my debit card just so I can track medical expenses for my taxes every year, but never thought about a credit card racking up airline miles! Very savvy of you, I must say!!

I think I would like to go to Pali Lookout where my parents had their first date in Oahu. Mom was in the process of divorcing her husband who was cheating on her all over Hawaii, and my parent's parents knew each other and thought my dad would be a good friend to have when she was so alone in Hawaii.

Needless to say, she was gorgeous and he was hooked! She came back to Jacksonville after her divorce and my father asked him to marry her while on a 3 day pass at home. They got married and he went back to Hawaii and she went back a few months later to catch up with him.

So I love the happy ending as they are married 41 years now and are still in love. I would prefer to send them than go myself. They deserve it after raising us kids!

Mom and I would like to go to Austrailia, but if we keep putting it off any longer we will both be in nursing homes :P I have saved up for it over the years, and thanks to my bridge club job, it would help me out immensly, but it is also getting in the way of going because I have to do month end every month :( We need at least a month to do it and New Zealand any justice. I also have 41,000 air miles I can use for us :) All my expensive meds are paying off in huge air miles :)

Never Give Up! When one door closes, I simply kick down another one!!

Well, I certainly loved our Kauai anniversary-moon, especially Tunnels Beach. I mis Alaska, but not the mosquitoes or snow.

Hrm. Money no object. I don't know...somewhere with ocean. Not a city. No snow, mo outrageous heat. Eden? Hrm. That might be difficult. I think going back to Kauai would be great, just spending time on the north side of the island, lazily snorkeling and enjoying the wet weather.

Sounds like I am in the minority so far for not minding flying (I could do with less airport bustle, but that is a separate issue). Who knows, with the hubbie's curremt issues, we may try to do that in the near future (who knows).

Hawaii! I was there with a good friend back in 1976 for 3 weeks. We stayed with her grandma on Kauai. Oh wow, it's hard to even put into words the oasis it was. My husband has such a fear of flying and I have a fear of water, so we'll have to settle for an oasis on the mainland and that's attainable, probably Florida or California!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Now that would be a good goal reward, wouldn't it, and then my biggest rooter would be right beside me!!

I have a vacation list a mile long and a fear of flying , LOL

Israel would be #1 after that Italy, Hawaii, and back to Niagara Falls, Canada where my hubby and I took our honeymoon 25 years ago. Also an Alaskan cruise would be pretty sweet, and I'm dreaming...cuz I have to be knocked out cold before I would get on an airplane.

I would just like to go back to the Island where my hubby and I went last month.
Next time we are staying off season (in the fall) for 2 days, and we can drive to the ferry dock :)

for me,I would go to San Diego---to Balboa Park there. I went there when I was a teenager and i just recall how beautiful it was....perfect light ...I would love to paint there.
And if I were healthy? I'd go to the Philippines to Davao and to Manilla,....to visit my "sister" there.

If you could go anywhere on vacation, IN YOUR CURRENT STATE of health but with unlimited funds, where would you go?

Where would you go if you had perfect health??
