emoticon Yes, I can attest that losing weight will help with the RAD, and adopting Spark's recommendations against using white flours and sugar has helped my inflammation as well. Finding ways I can exercise even with y bodily difficulties has also helped, a lot! Spark has wonderfully useful ideas! Try the Chair Exercise team on really bad days - they can help any body get moving. God Bless!

My name is Cindi and I am 39 years old living in Central IL. I have been diagnosed with an "inflammatory arthritis" that keeps flaring up. Dealing with some other health issues as well and getting this weight off will be a great beginning to help with all of this.
