Build affordable, accessible accommodation for handicap people -there are far too few places available for them. It took me two years to get into our government assisted living building-its outrageous -in my 251 suite building there is only one fully accessible suite! Mine is considered partial -I can sit at my sink and the cupboards are low enough for a person in a wheelchair. But the bath is horrible and dangerous with no handrails -should have been converted to a shower, but they claim there was not enough room and that the plumbing is in the wrong place.

I know it probably sounds a little selfish but I would help my closest family and friends accomplish their dreams and live comfortably. My mom has MS and I would make sure she was happy and well taken care of for the rest of her life, my sister-in-law has been breast cancer free for 6 years now and her biggest dream is to have her very own daycare, my best friend is going to be getting married in two years and I would want her to have the wedding of her dreams like I did, her mom also has MS and I would pay off her home so she would never have to worry about having a place to live since her husband passed away and is now on a very limited income, and the rest of my family would be helped whenever they needed it. I have been so blessed with such a supportive group around me that I would want to give back to them in hopes that by doing that they would be able to do more for the community.
Grant wishes for kids with Autoimmune diseases send them on fun vacations etc. and make sure travel is easy and as pain free as possible on them. Heck if I had unlimited funds lets do this for all families who suffer from Autoimmune diseases because I know how much my kids do to help me I would love to reward other families whos kids help out by granting them a wish too
If I could I would be able to finance a shelter for battered woman and children. As well as a homeless shelter. That would both feed and clothe in addition to house people in a safe enviroment. I would love to just have enough money that when someone needed something I would be able to provide that need to them.
I know this is a "small scale" good deed...I should probably choose something that would benefit thousands...But I have a family whom I've been supporting in the Philippines. It's a mom with three kids. The dad abandoned the family four years ago and that is when God brought me into their lives. I met the mom online and we became best friends over the next five years. They are starving and unbelievably poor...the oldest daughter is a genius and is excelling in school...she's won a full scholarship to high school (they have to pay for that there) and I'm trying to make sure she gets a full education...because then she could be in a position to help her family.
But if I could do anything, I would sponsor them to come to the USA, I would let them live with me (we have room) and the mom said she wishes she could help me., like be a live in aide which I really could use....But it's not going to happen because it costs immense amounts of money. I would love to see them come out of poverty and have a real chance in life.
