Hi, I just figured I would introduce myself a little. I just joined Spark People. I am hoping for a little extra motivation and decided to give this a try. My husband is military and we recently moved back to the Seattle area after being away for 15 years. I am super excited to be back, but in the process of the move I gained back 12 of the 70 lbs that I lost just about 3 years ago. My husband thinks I'm a little crazy for being so concerned about it, since he thinks you can't tell, but once it starts coming back when is it a big deal. So anyway, I am here to get myself back on track and get rid of this weight :).
