Hey all, I am new to this site, and it looks like a very supportive community with lots of people that shares the same weight goals as myself. I am happily married with two beautiful children. I used to be a soldier in the Army, and was in the best shape of my life, however, 7 years of marriage and 2 kids later, I am 50 pounds above what I was when I was in my best physical shape.
The craziest thing is that after I had my first child, I did lose all the baby weight, however, after baby number two, and much confidence that breastfeeding will do my body justice once again, I am at 50 pounds over, and cannot find the motivation to shed it off second time around :-(
Most people who look at me will never think that I am in the "obese" category, but the BMI shows it clear as day! My weight is evenly distributed (which I am so grateful for) but that is how I so easily allow my weight to sky rocket.
Just needing lotsa motivational support!
Its not the number of breaths you take, but rather the moments that take your breath away....
