Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.
Doesn't have to be a long session. 10 minutes at a time works and you can do that almost anytime - when you wake, before your shower, when you get home from work. The key is to make it a priority. Come on!

Hi, I've been suffering with depression off and on for years. I'm loving SP, such a great source of inspiration and support. I've found regular exercise really helps but finding the time when you're working all hours makes that difficult so I do what I can.
