Doesn't have to be a long session. 10 minutes at a time works and you can do that almost anytime - when you wake, before your shower, when you get home from work. The key is to make it a priority. Come on!

You have come to the right place to find support on your fitness journey. You ARE NOT DIETING, you are BECOMING MORE FIT. Spark is not a diet. It is not about deprivation. Spark is about making healthy choices in your nutritional intake and in your exercise. The Spark fitness program works best when you set your fitness goals then make small changes at a time in your lifestyle until those changes have become a habit.
Here's the link to an article on finding time for exercise:
A Spark rule of thumb is: if you're too busy for exercise, you're too busy. Remember: life is not a dress rehearsal. The time to become fit is now. You have joined a team of compassionate individuals who are in various stages on their fitness journey. We are willing to listen and to share with other members from our own experience. Stay in touch, okay? I'm glad you've joined us!

Hi, I've been suffering with depression off and on for years. I'm loving SP, such a great source of inspiration and support. I've found regular exercise really helps but finding the time when you're working all hours makes that difficult so I do what I can.
