Doesn't have to be a long session. 10 minutes at a time works and you can do that almost anytime - when you wake, before your shower, when you get home from work. The key is to make it a priority. Come on! emoticon

Hi, I've been suffering with depression off and on for years. I'm loving SP, such a great source of inspiration and support. I've found regular exercise really helps but finding the time when you're working all hours makes that difficult so I do what I can.
