Hi and to the Spark People and the Dealing with Depression team. We are so happy that you have decided to join us. I don't think that I would change meds that are working either. As Imagemlover has said, exercise and the nutrition tracker are going to be your best friends. The exercise will amp your metabolism and the nutrition tracker will tell you where any dietary mistakes are happening, so that you can tweak your diet to compensate. I hope to get to know you better through your posts and when you get your Spark Page up and running. Stay in touch with the team, so we can provide support and encouragement along the way. It is wonderful to have you with us on this journey! Take care and God bless, Deb T.

Hi. Welcome to the team. The nutrition tracker will help you stay within your nutrition ranges. There is a tutorial video on how to use the tracker. If you don't want to change meds, exercise to burn calories will be necessary. I do strength training 3x a week and cardio 5 or 6 times a week.
Good luck with your goals. Stay in touch with the team.
