Hi. Welcome to the team. I like the way you put it, a weakness for food. A good place to start is with the nutrition tracker. There is a tutorial on how to use it. That will guide you on where your diet needs tweaking. For instance I didn't lose weight for 2 weeks, looking back, my sodium intake was high. These are things you can look for. Second, the very first day start drinking more water. The goal is 8 8oz. glasses. It may take you 3 days or 3 weeks to reach that but start to strive for it on the very first day.

Stay in touch with your teams. That is where you support comes from. emoticon .
