emoticonBLABLA71 andemoticonto SparkPeople and the team...Nice to have you with us on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Hello, Charlotte. Welcome to our team!

You have come to the right place to find support on your fitness journey. You are NOT DIETING---you are BECOMING MORE FIT. Spark is not a diet. It is not about deprivation. Spark is about making healthy choices in your nutritional intake and in your exercise. The Spark fitness program works best when you set your fitness goals then make small changes at a time in your lifestyle until those changes have become a habit.

You are already off to a great start on your fitness journey. We hope you will post often. We'd love to be your cheerleaders!

Co-Leader, Dealing with Depression Team

"When I say it’s you I like, I’m talking about that part of you that knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful than greed.” Mr. Rogers

Hi everyone! My name is charlotte and im from Norway. I'm new to this site, and can't wait to get started on my way to my ultimate goal weight!
without help from this site, i went from 69 kilograms to 60 kilograms in three months. I was super-motivated back then (2010). I've gained a little weight though (CW: 65 kg), but now i've finally managed to regain my motivation!
I'm hoping to exchange both motivation and support, and im looking forward to get to know you all!
