Just start this journey off with baby steps, changing only one or two things to start with and allow your mind/body to get used to the changes before adding something else to the mix. This is the BEST way to gradually UNlearn your old bad habits as you equally gradually learn some new ones. Make good use of the Nutrition Tracker because only then will you really know where your calories are coming from. That gives you the power to tweak your diet so that you get a healthy balance, within a healthy calorie range.
I saw on your SparkPage that you have had a recent shift. Hopefully you are settling in well, now!
