Hi Samantha. Welcome to the team. The best tool is the nutrition tracker. It keeps track of the nutrients that you have eaten for the day. You can go back over your tracker after a week or so and see where your diet needs tweaking. It is very helpful. There is also a fitness tracker. At the top of your nutrition tracker, as you drink your water, you can keep track of that also. The goal is 8 8oz. glasses. Start the very first day drinking more water working your way up to that goal if you are not there already.
