Hi Haley. Wrelcome to the team. Loving to cook you should like using the nutrition tracker. There is a tutorial on how to use it. So when you are cooking and tasting your food, remember track it, it all adds up. If it crosses the lips, it gets tracked.
You say you want to lose 50 lbs by November. If your BMI is lower than 30 you should lose no more than a lb a week. It is when your BMI is over 30 that it is healthy to lose 2 lbs. a week. Anything more than that is not consideered a healthy weight loss. It can be done, but will usually be gained back after you stop dieting. SP is about lifestyle change not dieting.
