Hi and tothe team! We are so very happy that you have decided to join us. Getting out of bed on some days is a huge victory. The pool sounds like a wonderful way to join in some family fun while getting some good exercise. I know that I always feel better if I can get outside of myself and exercise. I hope that you do take the time to look around the site at all there is here for you. There is so much information and so many resources that it can be overwhelming if you do not take it slowly. If you are looking for some instant motivation, the Success Stories at the top of the page are good reading. There are also motivational articles in the Healthy Lifestyle section. Using the nutrition tracker to measure and record your food on a daily basis is a good way to stay on top of your nutritional needs. Calories in versus calories out is the basic formula for successful progress. I hope to see you on the threads and posting often. We love to cheer members along the way. I am looking forward to seeing your Spark Page up and running, so that we can learn more about you and can leave you inspirational messages and send you goodies. It's Saturday and all I wanted to do was sleep. My new manager is not my type of boss and all he does is bark at me. This brings out my insecurities and I lose confidence in myself. A job isn't just a job for me so it's hard to play the game. In any case, I have to learn how to cope with my job because I'm letting it interfere with my health, nutrition and exercise. However, I think I had a slight break-through today. I got out of bed and jumped in the pool with my husband and son. I am feeling better and out of bed.
