Hi all, i'm just checking in to say that i'm doing good. I had a mini breakdown today for no reason at all (my hair was frizzy, and I didn't have shoes for my date so I just started to cry).
I was better after about 5 mins. Since walking I have been able to clear my head, and really think about what I want to do with my life, and what my goals are. I still haven't spoke to my doctor about my depression nor have a I found a therapist. I will though soon :)
That's all for now...
I am doing this 10 lbs at a time.
