Check out the nutrition tracker. You can program it to include your children also to make sure they are meeting their daily requirements. I live alone, but there is a tutorial that tells you how to use the tracker. Check it out. Start with only 2 or 3 habits to change. You don't want to overwhelm yourself. When those become a habit, you can move on to others. It took me about 2 or 3 weeks before I was drinking the 8 8oz glasses of water. Although I had given up soda in October, I still was not drinking enough water. I am now though.
