Hi Wasila. Welcome to the team. Glad that you joined us. The team is happy to support any member. The member has to post their needs before anyone can respond. If you are not active in the community, how is the community suppose to respond to your needs? Join teams that you have a common interest with. Hi Wasila - welcome to our Team. I see that you have been a member of SP for quite a while, so hopefully you have had a really good look around already.
I strongly suggest that you use the Nutrition Tracker - this tool is FANTASTIC!! I will not only give you feed-back about what you are eating re the calories and the make-up as in fats/carbs/protein, but it will also give you the power to make the changes you need.
If you haven't already started making the changes to your lifestyle, remember that the key is to do it in baby steps, changing only one or two things to start with, and only adding something else to the mix when your mind and body has gotten used to the initial changes.
Don't be hard on yourself either for the occasional slip up - it happens to us all.
I look forward to hearing more from you, and you will actually find you get the most support by being active on the message boards.
You have come to the right place to find support on your fitness journey. With Spark, you are NOT DIETING---you are BECOMING MORE FIT. Spark is not a diet. Spark is not about deprivation. It is about making healthy choices in your nutritional intake and in your exercise. The Spark fitness program works the best when you set your fitness goals then make small lifestyle changes at a time until those changes have become a habit.
It would be helpful for you to set up your Spark page and set it to "public" viewing in order to maximize support from this team. Stay in touch, okay? I'm glad you've joined us!
