Hi Wasila - welcome to our Team. I see that you have been a member of SP for quite a while, so hopefully you have had a really good look around already.
I strongly suggest that you use the Nutrition Tracker - this tool is FANTASTIC!! I will not only give you feed-back about what you are eating re the calories and the make-up as in fats/carbs/protein, but it will also give you the power to make the changes you need.
If you haven't already started making the changes to your lifestyle, remember that the key is to do it in baby steps, changing only one or two things to start with, and only adding something else to the mix when your mind and body has gotten used to the initial changes.
Don't be hard on yourself either for the occasional slip up - it happens to us all.
