to the team. I stopped by your Spark Page and you have a really great attitude. Are you under a doctor's care for your depression? Do you take any medications? Overeating and depression are partners for sure. Exercise is my solution to the grazing that I will do all day if I let myself. I break my day into small exercise sessions so that I have something to keep me occupied. I watch kids so it is easy to eat all day long if I let myself. The other thing that I do is to check in here. If I am having a bad day, the other members of this team help boost me up. There is always someone around to talk to. I am sending you hugs and positive energy to help you get through this rough spot. Be sure to keep healthy fruits and vegetables around to use for snacking and to help keep you full between meals. If eating between meals is the problem, then perhaps eating smaller meals more often during the day would help. Be sure you are well hydrated, drinking water can often stave off a hunger attack. Most of all, be kind to yourself if you fall. Forgive your transgressions and get right back to measuring and tracking your food. You can always tweak the week to reflect adjustments for overeating on any given day. Don't give up. We are all in this together and you are not alone. If you are in need of some instant inspiration, perhaps reading some of the Success Stories at the top of the page would be good motivation. I hope that you are back on top soon. Take care and God bless, Deb T.
