That's great results. Here are a few tips for the water. Every time you use the bathroom, drink a glass of water from the faucet. Leave a penny on the sink so you know how many you have drank. I use this one. By 10am drink 16 ounces of water. By 1pm drink another 16 ounces of water by 4 pm drink another 16 ounces of water and by 7pm you have drank your 64 ounces of water. Now you can just drink when you want. I try not to drink too much after 7 and use fruit and yogurt so I am not p*ing all night. It will get easier when the weather turns warmer.
As far as exercise, any movement is better than none. Cooking at the stove. March in place. Washing dishes, march in place, lean a little farther to put that dish in the drainer. Talk on the phone, walk with the phone. Sit in the chair, move from side to side. Not much but it helps.
