emoticonJUNKINTRUNK43 andemoticonto SparkPeople and the team...Nice to have you with us on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

emoticonemoticon to an emoticon team. We are all in this together. A team offers support, motivation and encouragement to each other. In order to get this you have to be active on the boards. As Carol suggested please create a spark page. Members can go and leave you comments and spark goodies. That is also how you get added as a spark friend. You don't have to put any information on that you don't want anyone to know. Keep it general.

emoticon Oh by the way, you get points for creating a page. How great is that?

I love SparkPeople

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

I am responsible for my own happiness.

I may be a bit biased, but I think you have started in the right place. Welcome to a great team of supportive people.
Can I suggest a couple of things. Consider creating a Spark Page which allows you to share what you wish about yourself and your journey, post pics if you wish, receive personal messages and virtual goodies.
Also, please tell us a bit more about yourself so we can be creative about ways to help, suggest and/or cajole you towards the success you are looking for.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.
