You will learn where your calories are coming from and using the recommended ranges, can identify how many calories and other nutrients will help you achieve your goals. One of the first things most of us discover is our portion sizes exceed the 'right' amount. I know by experience that portions are one of the most common issues to keeping us from losing weight.
