My husband and I just recently decided that we are going to TTC starting in May 2013. I'm SO excited! We're about to hit our 6 year anniversary, and I've been dying to start a family for years now. We were going to school and both finished last year. Now that we're getting settled finally, we're at the point where we can start REALLY planning.
We chose that time because we're hoping for a baby sometime between March and summer since that's when things slow down a bit for my husband's work, so he would have more time to spend with the baby in the beginning.
I've been dieting on again, off again, but now that I have an extra reason to be thinking about this stuff, I'm really getting serious about losing some weight - especially since I've got time! The hardest thing for me has been getting into an exercise routine, so I joined a really inexpensive local gym with a friend of mine, and went for the first time today! (And I went alone!). It felt so good!
I've been going through a lot lately, and I think that getting into an exercise routine is going to help me not only physically, but mentally as well. I need an outlet for all the stuff buzzing around in my brain.
