Glad to have you on board. If you need gf food lists for your food tracker, just ask; someone's bound to be able to share theirs without your having to input all that info yourself.

Thank you for the welcome. I have yet to find a bread recipe that cooks with out issues. My best find has been Thai.

Celiac disease doesn't need to interfere with us losing weight; just be careful when following the Nutrition Plan suggestions. I always made substituions, using Gluten-Free products when others were called for, like my bread, cereals, etc. Good luck and welcome!
