Hi Jessica, There isn't a GF meal plan it seems. I had this confusion when I started and the advise I was given was to input my own food or find a suitable subsitute so, I have put my basics (pasta, biscuits ect) into my favourites and I just add them to the meal plan. For the bread I eat I found that the italian bread that is in the subsitutes is only slightly off my gf bread so I use this when I input bread. It's a little time comsuming but it's worth it.
