You can add food to the general food list too if what you eat isn't on there.

Thanks! Yeah, I've been adding everything in, but sometimes I still have to find the closest thing to what I'm looking for. Better than nothing, though!

I find that I enter my own food even if they have it. Can take an extra minute, but its sooo worth it to have it exactly as it says on the priduct Im looking at and eating:)

Hi and welcome SCJessie. You have to input all yoru own special foods into the add foods category then each time you need to add them to your menu for the day, they are already there.

Hi Jessica,
There isn't a GF meal plan it seems. I had this confusion when I started and the advise I was given was to input my own food or find a suitable subsitute so,
I have put my basics (pasta, biscuits ect) into my favourites and I just add them to the meal plan. For the bread I eat I found that the italian bread that is in the subsitutes is only slightly off my gf bread so I use this when I input bread. It's a little time comsuming but it's worth it.

Fear less, hope more; Whine less, breathe more; Talk less, say more; Hate less, love more; And all good things are yours

Hi everyone!

So I'm brand new and was going to start using the Nutrition/Meal Plan, but for every meal there is some kind of wheat product prescribed! Anyone know how to alter this?

Thanks,

Jessica
