You can have them also make some of their own food along with your help. That way they will eat what they made. Welcome back!!

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

All I can tell you is that I'm lucky I only have to feed myself with my restrictions. I'm sure there is stuff out there for kids as well and hopefully someone here can help with suggestions! Good luck though and I'm glad you are feeling better!

I think I posted an introduction of myself back in January, but i haven't been on SP since, so I thought I would say hi....again.
My stomach would swell to where i look 5 months pregnant. I was always full of gas and constipated. I was very sluggish and weak among many other things. So when I read about gluten I decided to go gluten free and see what happened. Well it went great, i had no problems at all. I even feel happier and healthier.
I haven't went to the Dr. to verify the gluten issues. But as soon as I do eat something with gluten, it seems like in a matter of seconds, these symptoms come back. So either way, i'm going with the pain-free, discomfort-free, gas-free gluten-free diet.
My only problem is, i have two very picky girls. My husband is on the Paleo (or caveman's diet) and usually makes his own dinner. But now that we are eating similar foods, we are trying to come up with dinners that the whole family will eat. Any ideas for kids
