I found it easier to use recipes from other sites since I was doing gluten free for my health. This is something that hasn't been fully addressed by SP, I think because there is a concern that people are doing it without really researching how to maintain their health and give up gluten, or if it's necessary for the person. But most other sites still have a breakdown of nutritional values, so I use those instead. And I use a lot of vegetarian recipes. Good luck!

You have to make your own plan, they don't have one for gluten free. Welcome to the team too.
Hi my name is Cyndi. I have just started this diet plan and am wondering how to incorporate the gluten free aspect to it? There doesn't seem to be a place to incorporate it. The meal plans they provide are full of gluten. Can anyone help?
