Welcome to the team and congrats on the weight loss and that someone noticed too!! That is the hardest to get someone to do is notice and tell you too!!
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
I make smoothies several times per week also for a quick breakfast. It is easy to add fiber with chia or hemp seeds in addition to protein powder and fruit.
I also have eggs and turkey sausage some days, or almond meal pancakes if I have prepared ahead of time. (They freeze well.)
If it is going to be it is up to me !!!
Congrats on your success! I'm not a great one to talk about breakfast. I have a smoothi every morning, cuz it is easy and I can eat it on the go. Homemade yogurt, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, banana. Easy. On the weekends I eat a lot of egg dishes, sometimes a treat with bacon! Yummy.

Hi, zo here, went to a work meeting last night and someone responded that they thought i've lost weight. i am on a gluten free diet and i love it! share any ideas with me on breakfasts if you have them.. that seems to be my hardest meal to master... cheers!
