When I was in a similar situation many years ago, I felt the same as you. Over the years I've seen multiple alternative therapists to improve my health. Depending on the resources in your area and financial circumstances, perhaps you could seek them out. Right now, it's important to eat the most nutritious foods and take some high quality multi vitamins and minerals. I still tire more easily than others but I am living a good and healthy life.

ps. if you need to lose weight as well, I found Dr. Alejandro Junger's program excellent. Check out Dr Oz - 3 day cleanse. It's all about the gut. Dr. Junger gives a good explanation in the videos (3 parts). There is not a lot of questionable supplements. They were already known to me.
