I've been eating gluten free for the past month and it has made huge difference in the way I feel. About a year and a half ago I started getting nauseous almost every morning, having to leave work, regularly eating ginger or antacids. Going to the bathroom was painful, and irregular.
I have not been diagnosed with anything, however I wanted to try something that would make a difference. I feel that the transition to a gluten-free lifestyle has gone quite well... except for this weekend. This weekend I caved into eating breads (and not just a little bit), and today I have had to take the day off of work because I feel so run down and sick.
This has definitely motivated me to stay on track. I'm looking forward to exploring this group and learning more.
