I agree---cheating is eventually a death sentence. You are not cheating a "diet" when you do this. I have found Canyon House Bakery breads!! They are amazing and taset/feel even better than Udi's or Rudi's. I love Rudi's. What is so cool about the new bread love of my life is that I can leave it in my cupboard/counter and it stays fresh for a week!! You don't have to toast it either. I hope you will really try to live the lifestyle of a Celiac instead of traveling the road of illness and potential life issues. Your boys will appreciate the showing of discipline to live a healthy and long life.

PLEASE, stop cheating! You are only hurting yourself. With Celiac there is no safe amount, every crumb damages your intestines and raises your chances of cancer and osteoporosis amongst many other things. I'm sure your boys want a happy healthy mom that will be around for a long time, with cheating you are shortening your life.
With that said, you mentioned not liking GF bread. Have you tried Udi's or Rudi's? They are newer and nothing like the old cardboard bread that needed to be toasted, they can be eaten straight from the bag.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
