Just wanted to introduce a lab (www.enterolab.com) in case anyone is looking for the best way to test for celiac/gluten intolerance. They specialize in gluten and other related digestive disorder testing. Their tests are not invasive, they are more accurate than traditional blood tests or even endoscopies, they do not require "challenging" with gluten. Test kits (stool test and cheek cell swab kits) can be ordered by mail and returned by mail. Does not require a doctor's order. My insurance paid for mine. I HIGHLY recommend going this route, and maybe especially if a blood test or endoscopy turned out negative and yet you continue reacting to gluten. www.enterolab.com
