You are not alone...sometimes I get so hungry! This week I have decided to track everything that goes into my mouth because I found this cool site "SparkPeople". I have been very good making sure I eat right but the pain continues. Today I had a tuna salad and immediately made my vision very blurry and I got a horrible headache.

Going GF is not something I like, I can't understand why someone would go on a GF diet just to lose weight...

You are so right, I was talking to my sister-in-law about that yesterday. I told her about a friend of mine who said she was going to loose weight by going on a GF diet. It was hard not to laugh out loud. She had no idea what she was talking about.

GF foods are a recipe for obesity and the non celiac general public has no clue. I am diabetic and celiac and It's a B...., trying to stay within 1400 calories 175 carbs and 45g of fat per day.

Some days I do real good, other days I get so hungry I just say screw it. Up until the last couple years I never had to worry about foods, I don't even like most foods and I only eat when I'm hungry. Now I have to plan every thing that goes into my mouth and It's driving me crazy.

Pardon the rant,,, I'm still pretty new to all of this and I get so unbelievably frustrated.

I appreciate a sympathetic ear.

Thanks for being there, Mary

emoticon Beware the GF specialty products if you are diabetic. They can be very high calorie, low fiber and might really throw you for a loop!
