I have heard of it. The philosophy is valid. The gimmicks and sales are often their motivations. Buy now-buy more for later. The theory of shakes and nutrition and getting more of the 9-5 fruits and vegetables are great ways to add fresh nutrients to a simple fast eating plan.
The blender is one of my personal Christmas wish list items. After thirty years of ice crushing the motor died.
The rice protein powder is my favorite. My allergies and food intolerances reject the more common nut, soy, or dairy whey proteins.

I may not recognize the significance until some time later.

Thanks for the responses. It's a nutrition shake made by BeachBody (the makers of P90X and Turbo Jam and such). I love the workouts and I love the idea of it. I was using it while I was still on gluten and have continued to use it since going gluten free and I was just wondering if anyone else had problems because Ive read in some other blogs of people who were gluten intolerant having problems but no one with Celiac really shows up to say if they've tried it. I really like it but Im still tweaking my diet as I think there are additional allergies I have so yeah, the short of it was I just want to know if anyone hears of anything :)

That is very interesting; however I have never heard of it either.

I know several who use it and I tried but I am allergic to iodine and can't use it.

Hi there!
I'm new to this group but a serology and biopsy confirmed Celiac. I was just wondering if anyone has tried Shakeology. It claims to be gluten free but I'm wondering if people have had a reaction to it or not.
Thanks!
