Dorothy

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

emoticon I think those of us who struggle with weight would agree whole foods is the way to go. Stay away from the specialty products they are not good for the most part.

I'm so happy I found this group! I was diagnosed with Celiacs 3 years ago, and along with my other 3 chronic illnesses, it is hard for me to maintain my weight. So, any advice you could give me would be awesome :) I'm about to turn 25 and just got married in June...woohoo!!!! I married a wonderful man who is so understanding of my dietary restrictions that he has even gone gluten free! (except when we go out to eat of course :) He is very physically fit and it is very important to me that I do not become the fat one in our relationship. Sounds dumb, I know, but its just how I feel. I did weight 130 pounds before I got engaged, which I was happy about. However, during the engagement wedding planning stress took over and I gained 10 pounds :( But now that it is over, I am ready to get back to my pre- engagement weight...haha! I can't wait to get to know you all :)
