If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I think the only way to really do the diet is to go cold turkey. Also, I am SUPER careful if I cook duo meals (gluten pasta and gluten/free pasta for instance.) Try cooking mostly fresh foods. Also check out the cookbook: Artesanal Gluten Free Cooking. It is awesome. I guess it is easy for me because my results are disastrous if I even get trace amounts. I feel 100% better! Just change your mindset. I also smell everything. Truly, smelling is almost as good as tasting! You can do this!

Hello - I have been diagnosed with a Gluten Intolerance several months ago. I did really well for about 30 days and ended up going to an inpatient facility that focused on Gluten Free lifestyle. This facility was dedicated to weight loss and I came home with energy and an awesome mind set to get started again. But that was in March and here it is June and I am struggling again. My family does not have to eat the way I do and I find the convienence factor taking over my health. I feel awful and have been sick more then I want and need to get myself back on track. A friend of mine found this website and this forum and introduced me and so thankful she did. I am excited to see the # of followers and hope this means a brand new start for me.
