That is the only way I lose weight is to be GF/CF and low carb. It is really not too difficult if you emphasize protein and vegetables. I enjoy almond meal pancakes occasioanally and some quinoa ocassionally

I'm GF Low-carb! I float somewhere between the insulin-resistance diet and second phases of things like South Beach and Atkins, although, really, I just do what works for me. I love how GF and low-carb work really well together: shouldn't have bread, can't anyway!

Yep! I am following the Primal Blueprint/Warrior Diet lifestyle. No grain, no white potatoes, no corn, no starches about 95% of the time. When I do occasionally eat grain is of the GF sort, like buckwheat or GF oats.
