Hi. I noticed much improvement in the sinus problems after going GF. I didn't go off the stuff for that reason, but it was a blessing! I used to have 2-4 sinus infections per year, but haven't been on antibiotics for one in two years! :P:)
Many other perks, and I'll not ever go back. Don't forget the wheat in hair products and skin care things, too.

Hi and welcome to the team.

Dorothy

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I am new to Gluten Free this year, started in January. My brother told me I should try it for sinus problems. I went GF for 2 weeks and then tried a gluten full sandwich, much to my surprise a reaction occurred (tightening in throat, mouth, and sinus) that I blamed on seasonal allergies for years. Went GF again for 3 weeks then tried some gluten same response. I am now gluten free for good, had other problems that are common in celiacs that have gone away. Some of my family have also gone GF with me and have found they have reactions. I have a Cousin, Great Uncle, Grandma, Aunt, and my Mother who all have been diagnosed with other autoimmune diseases. I have read "Gluten Free for Dummies".
