As another gluten sensitive person to another, just don't eat any! The longer you are away from it, the more sensitive you will become. You could even be Celiac if all you had was the blood test, that is not 100% accurate.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. Charles Stanley
I would avoid gluten all together. Sometimes the testing is not 100% and you never know if you are damaging yourself with it...and increasing risks of all kinds of scary stuff! There is a ton of info out there online as well..just google celiac and you will have a lot to look at!

Hi everyone! It's nice to find a place here on Spark People that focuses on this topic! I thought I was going to have to get all my support from books! I recently discovered I have a gluten sensitivity. It's not celiac disease so I fall into that gray area of being able to eat a little wheat but never quite knowing how I'm going to react to it. It's been a long journey that's for sure. After spending the past 15 years with stomach/digestive trouble, depression and aches in my joints I think I've finally discovered the cause behind everything. It's nice to feel alive for a change. The best is that I lost 10 pounds since getting off wheat! That gives me so much hope! I look forward to reading about everyone's journeys! It's nice to meet you!
