Not sure what you would be able to take and also what they would have there when you got to the place that you are going.

Hi. I live in the U.S. but we are travelling in autumn to Cornwall and southwest Wales. I've been many times before, but never GF. Anyone know the best brands and shops to buy stuff? I can bring a few things with me, but you pay for each bag now, so don't want to spend lots.
We'll be staying in self catering cottages, so I can cook. Can you buy quinoa? I know brown rice is not a problem. How about GF pasta? Thanks.
