Welcome to the team!
Welcome to the team! :)
Welcome to this team. I have been gf for almost 2 yrs and feel so much better. I am sure being gf for 10 yrs you have seen alot of good changes. I know my younger sister is Celiac too and was diagnosed 20 yrs ago and cannot believe the difference which is in a good way.
Again, welcome and hope to hear from you soon.
I awoke this morning with devout thanksgiving for my friends, the old and the new.

Welcome to this Team! I have been Gluten-Free for about or almost four years. My daughter and I went to the Olive Garden last night. They have a gluten-free menu now--you have to ask for the gluten-free menu. The manager came over right away when she found out that someone at our table was gluten-free. She wanted to assure me that they cook everything separately and the plates were done separately. She came over several times to check on me. The rice pasta was so good and I told the manager so. She told us that one of her servers had to be gluten-free so they are really aware of what they need to do. It was a pleasant experience. I usually eat at home but it is good to know that there are gluten-free options out there. There seems to be more and more gluten-free options at resturants and even at some fast foods. Again, Welcome to the Team!

Welcome to the group!! I have been GF for 3 + years and am thankful for all the gluten free products available to make our lives easier!! My favorite new product is the Gluten free bread from Rudi's bakery as it has allowed me to buy bread that I love without having to bake it all the time. Hope you enjoy being part of the GF group! Hi to all, I'm new to this forum but not new to CD. I was diagnosed 10 years ago and what a relief when considering all the other posiblities the Dr.'s were tossing about. AS many have said before "it's a journey" but one that leads to feeling better and enjoying life again. After 10years on this path it's been great to see the increase of awareness hat has lead to so many new products and the vastly immproved food labeling. My hat's off to those folks out there making the noise and pushing the progress, THANK-YOU! That's not to say that being GF is a "piece of cake" (GF of course). It's not! after 10 years I still have the occasional case of "accidental poisoning", as I call it. You live and learn.
