Maerchen82, I have learned that hormone balancing is very important for weight management and their high antioxidant value. If you have not had a full hormone lab panel, especially the multi-spectrum of thyroid scores, requested by your doctor, then you may want to request one done. My thyroid has been low since I was 13. It was not until recently that I learned of the valuable T3 testing to ensure body comfort and reducing the thickening known to be caused by hypothyroid characteristics, that taking a T4 supplement alone could never achieve. Do you know Your Own T3 score? When balance is right the extra seems to just melt off.
The greatest love story is your own. If you miss out of life to the fullest; they win. You are the happiness master of your own mind. Thought is an active dynamic energy to harmonize and corrolate good. Clear all paths to love thru forgiveness. I may not recognize the significance until some time later. Going off gluten and dairy alone can help you lose the weight! I have still a way to go but was stuck because of the bloating and poor digestion and just doing those things alone helped me lose about 15#.

found a link to this website on a friend's Facebook profile and thought I'd give it a try. I'm not extremely overweight, but have always had a few po eiunds too many though I've been playing soccer and I'm not a big eater either. So I figure I'm doing something wrong. Asthma, thyroid gland problems and my latest diet change (for medical reasons) to dairy-free and gluten-free don't necessarily make things easier.
Anyway... hoping this will work, it definitely is a good way of keeping track of all my food intake and amount of exercise.
