It's emoticon you shared with readers what has helped Crohn's. When I mention it to Crohn's sufferers they dismiss me. I'm so happy it's working for him. There's lots to read in the sticky topics. I hope you'll add to our resources, too.

Welcome! If you Google Celiac it will give you a million lists and results to help you out! Learning and reading are key! Even if he doesn't have Celiac persay the reults will be helpful in avoiding wheat/gluten.

Welcome! It isn't easy to avoid wheat at first but it does get easier as you find what works and it is well worth it to avoid pain.

I'm joining this team to help out my husand who we thought had Crohn's disease; but when nothing worked I decided to cut out all wheat and it worked! He's been going on four weeks now with no attacks. I'm here to get any information and suggestions you might be able to give me to keep on track. Hope all have a great day!
