to the Team!
That is wonderful that you found out on your own that it was gluten causing your problems. Stick with it.

I don't want it. It causes pain! That is my biggest motivator, in addition to feeling less brain fog and less bloating, etc. etc. etc. It is definitely not worth going back to eating gluten.
I am happy to hear that eating GF has helped you in so many ways. It only makes me want it more.

Hello to all! My GF Sensitivity was noticed (finally!) in Feb 2010 as an experiment, because nothing else was working. I could not lose weight no matter what I tried, I was bloated, tired, etc..... I am losing weight, feel great and went off my thyroid meds, and cholesterol drugs. Only take vitamins, and one hormone. Life is Good! The best help I found in getting started was a local Health Food Store. Keep looking for help as we know our bodies better than anyone.
