Hi..I'm not new to Sparkpeople but I am new to this particular group. A few weeks ago I was once again strongly encouraged by my Chiropractor/Naturopath to remove gluten from my diet. Apparently ready to actually make the change I did. WOW...I mean WOW...I feel like a completely different person. I would love any tips/tricks and food ideas if you have them. Thanks..
