She send me hope when she told me after 7-10 years the chance to regain digesting gluten again is possible for her. In sparingly served situations, she can eat some glutens and eggs. Hi - While I don't have Celiac Disease, I am fairly gluten intolerant. If I end up having a little once in a while I usually am asymptomatic, but I avoid it as much as possible! Once I realized I was gluten intolerant, I went into a funk ... started making poor food choices - but still gluten free. Now I want to make GOOD choices and lose the weight I need to lose.
