Until you achieve 100% GF, you will continue to suffer damage and expect continued problems. It is imperative you read every label and become educated of what you consume. Even down to any prescriptions you may take, ask the pharmacist for information.
Even though you may think you are GF, please remember products can send that message, however they can be prepared in an environment that may contaminate certain foods.
Many of the food processors have a GF list that you can consult, Calling their 800 number, they will be helpful in supplying you with a list of their prepared foods that are truly GF.
Being a nuke person, if you are using their products having this information would be useful to you.
Yes you are in the right place for posting your intro and getting n track. Try and get that gluten free eating up to 100%. The way you are eating now, it will continue to do damage and may become more serious. You'll never know how well you can be until you are 100% gluten free. Please check out our Sticky Topics.
