Since SP doesn't have a gf menu, it's very individual how we go about planning. Personally, I just pick a protein, fat, and fruit/veggie carb each meal (try). If you want to add in a gf grain, do so. There are so many cookbooks and WOE (ways of eating) it's hard for me to stick to a specific plan anyway.
This site offers many other tools and it'll take a while to get comfortable. I'm still learning new things after four years! Wishing you wellness.

Welcome! - No gluten free meal plan here yet, but we are working on it.
Just joined today. I have gluten sensitivity (self-diagnosed since the GI Dr was so awful I won't go back to him) so wanted to be a part of this team. Looking forward to the tips offered here. Us there anyway to get a gluten free meal plan or do I have to do substitutions. I haven't quite figured it all out yet.
