Great attitude! Best of luck and welcome to the team! There is a lot of information in the team archives...recipes, and all sorts of resources. Check them out by going to the team page and looking at message threads that are on-going.

Hi Everyone, I am new to SparkPeople, but quickly learning the ropes. Learning about the foods i eat has been interresting and fun. And I am having fun learning about the calorie burning that is already in place in my life. I have celiac's, a recent challenge that I have overcome. But now it is time to get healthy into this celiacs lifestyle. Can't wait for tomorrow and the challenge's it brings!
